Some of my plants are producing ni...I love celery. Some of my plants are producing nicely at the moment - I too cut and come again with it. But others seem to be telling me its too hot and are refusing to grow. Wow! That's almost a pound a week. I froze some of our celery last fall. It wound up in soups and stocks, where it gave some flavor if not crunch.
