I love the taste of roasted peppers anyways and these sound like heaven. Unfortunately my bell peppers haven't produced heavily for me this year, but will definitely have to keep this in mind for future large harvests.Lisa @ Life in Greenhttp://www.thelifeingreen.comnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-439775590468820468.post-48138909513364621342011-09-01T04:20:20.343-07:002011-09-01T04:20:20.343-07:00What a great idea just to munch them! I'll have to try it with some of the sweet peppers that are piled on the kitchen table today!chaiselongue1http://olivesandartichokes.wordpress.comnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-439775590468820468.post-21836077743811964322011-08-31T16:27:47.741-07:002011-08-31T16:27:47.741-07:00We just made a batch of dried sweet peppers in the...We just made a batch of dried sweet peppers in the dehydrator. We like to rehydrate them in winter and use them on salads, pizzas and such. This methods worked great with my hot peppers, but unfortunately I just haven't been able to grow sweet peppers. I love partially drying things like tomatoes and plums, leaving them a little "fleshy." I think I'll do this with the plums I just bought that were past their prime.ValHallahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16843439954015747722noreply@blogger.com
