It's a joint venture with my neighbor. He has the coop on his property and we are sharing the work of taking care of them. They aren't quite old enough to produce eggs yet. I do love to use the flowers. On favorite recipe makes a pancake like tart with sliced zucchini, the blossoms and onions. I also like to stuff the blossoms with a ricotta mixture.
