I will have to experiment with them this fall. It looks like you have given them ample room, more than I might have given them.Dave @ HappyAcreshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03441364543023807886noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-439775590468820468.post-73334872658079036432013-09-02T05:32:26.339-07:002013-09-02T05:32:26.339-07:00I potted up some Jaune Flame tomatoes today - good...I potted up some Jaune Flame tomatoes today - good tip about leaving them on the vine til fully ripe. It's a pretty marginal climate here for growing melons, the nights stay cold through most of the summer and the days aren't generally very hot. I really don't know if the tunnel is going to work. The biggest issue if you are going to totally enclose your tunnel will be pollination, I didn't close the ends of my tunnels for that Michellehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07812702328134261533noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-439775590468820468.post-81319731046910881362013-08-31T07:38:50.869-07:002013-08-31T07:38:50.869-07:00Hi Jason, thanks for the beet advice. I was going to try using tunnels next year because every year I lose my cucumber and melons to cucumber beetles.4theluvofgardeninghttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16394587994091953050noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-439775590468820468.post-52305686591042327772013-08-29T21:48:17.816-07:002013-08-29T21:48:17.816-07:00Stunning garden!
