What month will the golden snap peas be ready around and I will make a mental note to remember? I am usually pretty good, I have remember trades set up this past spring still.
Once I get all my seeds organized and a few things ordered I will drop you a line about what I have to trade. If need be I can send seed ahead of time too if you would need to plant before the peas are ready.
Thomas, it was amazing to watch and it happened so quickly. We only seem to get those spectacular displays when the days are short.
---
Dan, I'm looking forward to seeing what treats you have to offer! We can figure the rest out later.
---
Chaiselongue, I get the edge of the sunrise displays from here. My husband was driving over the hill yesterday and said the sunrise was spectacular from the top of the ridge.
---
Daphne, We're in a fortunate spot where we look out over the tops of the trees. They block the view of the valley below, but we get to see the ridge accross the way and lots of sky! That's one reason we bought this house, I wanted sun, so many of the homes around here are surrounded by big oak trees.
Rothschild Orchid, Mother nature deserves a big round of applause for those shows!
---
Jan, yes, we've had a whole series of lovely sunrises and sunsets lately, it seems to happen at this time of year.
---
Tatyana, the clouds reminded me of the Venetian paper that is painted in beautiful wavy and swirled colors. Stefaneener, beautiful and seemingly a harbinger of nasty stuff to come!
Just beautiful.

Dan,
ReplyDeleteAssuming the peas make it through the winter and give me a spring crop, I'm guessing May or June.
Spectacular! The air must have smelled really sweet too!

ReplyDeleteBeautiful beginning and end to the day. You live in an amazing place if you can see both!
ReplyDeleteBeautiful. I had a pretty sunset recently, but I get to see it through the trees. I'm all hemmed in by forest.

Beautiful :o)
ReplyDeleteFabulous photos! We quite often get good sunsets, but this last week they've been extra good... don't know why, maybe the moon or something.
ReplyDeleteBeautiful beginning and end.
ReplyDeleteFantastic! Dinamic images. I can almost see the clouds moving. The colors are out of this world. Beautiful!
